If you have an existing booking that departs in the next 6 months:

We have dedicated teams who are attempting to reach all impacted passengers/guests, however if you have not heard from our team as yet and you have questions regarding your upcoming travel plans, we strongly encourage you to send us your enquiry via the contact form below. This is the most effective means to communicate with us to properly address your enquiry and modification to future travel plans. We will do our very best to respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible, however please allow between 4 and 10 business days for a response.


If your existing booking departs after 1 September 2020:

Calmer seas are ahead so the horizon may be a lot brighter by this time. If you have not received contact to advise your booking has been affected at this stage, we recommend that you check the government's travel advisory and cruise or travel provider for the most up to date travel advice. As these policies are changing every day we recommend that you check back regularly. #SaveTourism
